Tele Pay Fundraiser processes information needed to run digital fundraising campaigns, support donors, verify campaign activity, send notifications, track contributions, and manage payout approvals.

- Account information: name, email address, phone number, password hash, country, role, login status, account timestamps, and account verification status.
- Identity verification information: passport-size photo, National ID or Driving Licence images, document type and number, verification status, review notes, and review timestamps.
- Campaign information: campaign title, story, category, location, goal amount, deadline, cover image, verification status, owner details, beneficiary information, and campaign settings.
- Donation information: donor name, donor email, donor phone number, amount, currency, message, anonymous preference, hidden amount preference, reference number, payment status, and receipt details.
- Payment information: payment provider references, checkout request identifiers, callback responses, reconciliation notes, status updates, timestamps, and gateway logs.
- Official and payout information: official names, contacts, roles, invitation status, approval actions, payout amounts, service fees, net payout amounts, and payout references.

3. How we use information
Tele Pay uses collected information to operate the platform, including to:
- Create and manage user accounts and verify account holder identity where KYC is submitted.
- Create, review, approve, publish, pause, close, and manage campaigns.
- Process donations and confirm payment status.
- Send donor receipts, campaign owner alerts, admin alerts, password reset emails, official invitations, and platform notifications.
- Display public campaign information and supporter activity according to selected visibility settings.
- Manage payout requests, governance approvals, service fees, and payout records.
- Prevent fraud, investigate suspicious activity, maintain audit trails, and protect the platform.
- Provide support, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve platform performance.
4. Identity verification documents
Passport-size photos, National ID images, Driving Licence images, and document numbers submitted for account verification are treated as private information. They are not displayed on public campaign pages and are restricted to the account holder and authorized Tele Pay administrators for verification, fraud prevention, account security, and support.
5. Public information
Some information is displayed publicly to support transparent fundraising. This may include campaign title, campaign story, category, cover image, organizer name, verification status, progress, donor count, recent supporters, and supporter messages.
Where donor privacy options are available, Tele Pay respects anonymous display and hidden amount preferences on public pages. Internal records may still retain the full transaction details for receipts, reconciliation, security, support, and payout accountability.
6. Payment providers and third parties
Tele Pay may share or receive information from payment providers, email delivery services, hosting providers, analytics/security tools, and operational service providers where needed to process payments, send messages, host the platform, protect accounts, or support users.
Tele Pay does not store mobile money PINs, card PINs, or payment provider passwords. Payment authorization is handled by the relevant payment provider.
7. Email and notifications
Tele Pay may send emails and in-app notifications related to account activity, campaign submission, campaign approval, donations, receipts, official invitations, payout requests, password resets, support messages, and important platform updates.
Users may manage available notification preferences from their account or admin settings where provided.
8. Cookies and sessions
Tele Pay may use cookies or session storage to keep users signed in, protect forms from abuse, remember security tokens, maintain admin sessions, and support core site functionality.
9. Data retention
Tele Pay retains information for as long as needed to operate campaigns, maintain donation and payout records, provide receipts, resolve disputes, comply with operational requirements, prevent fraud, and preserve transparent fundraising records.
10. Security
Tele Pay uses practical safeguards such as password hashing, reset tokens, CSRF protection, access controls, admin authentication, audit logs, and HTTPS-ready deployment practices. Users should also protect their devices, passwords, email accounts, and official invitation links.
11. User rights and choices
Users may contact Tele Pay to request support with account details, campaign information, donation receipts, notification preferences, or privacy concerns. Requests may require identity verification before changes are made.
12. Children and sensitive campaigns
Some campaigns may involve children, education, medical needs, family emergencies, church projects, or vulnerable beneficiaries. Campaign creators must only submit information and images they are authorized to share and should avoid publishing unnecessary sensitive details.
13. Cross-border access
Tele Pay may be accessed from different locations. Information may be processed through hosting, email, payment, and support systems that operate in different jurisdictions depending on the service providers used.
