1. Zero-tolerance approach
Tele Pay Fundraiser must not be used to deceive donors, disguise the source or destination of funds, impersonate another person, finance unlawful activity, or obtain money through false campaign information.
2. Prohibited activity
- False, misleading, duplicated, or impersonated campaigns.
- Use of stolen identities, documents, payment instruments, phone numbers, or accounts.
- Structuring, cycling, or routing transactions to conceal ownership, source, destination, or purpose.
- Manipulated donations, fabricated supporters, unauthorized refunds, or collusive payout approvals.
- Fundraising connected to unlawful goods, services, organizations, or activity.
3. Campaign review and verification
Tele Pay may request additional campaign, organizer, beneficiary, official, or payout information before approval or payout. Campaigns may be paused, flagged, rejected, hidden, or closed where information is incomplete, inconsistent, or suspicious.
4. Transaction and payout monitoring
Donation patterns, payment references, callback activity, refund requests, official approvals, payout destinations, and administrative changes may be reviewed to identify unusual or unauthorized activity.
5. Holds and investigations
Tele Pay may temporarily hold campaign approval, donation acceptance, account access, or payout processing while concerns are reviewed. Users may be asked to provide clarification or supporting records before service resumes.
6. Reporting suspicious activity
Users should report suspicious campaigns, messages, payment instructions, identity claims, or refund requests through the Contact page. Reports should include the campaign link, relevant references, dates, amounts, and supporting information where available.
7. Cooperation and record preservation
Tele Pay may preserve relevant records and cooperate with payment providers, financial institutions, service providers, affected users, or competent authorities where required or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse and protect platform users.
8. Enforcement
Confirmed or strongly suspected misuse may result in campaign rejection, account restriction, payout cancellation, permanent suspension, recovery action, or referral to the relevant provider or authority.
